Authenticity And Warranty

Under no circumstanced do we buy or sell imitations, counterfeits or replicas. We guarantee the authenticity of each of our watches. Every watch is carefully inspected to verify its authenticity and overall condition. We ensure that all of our stock complies with the legal requirements laid out under used goods law, and that the origin of every single watch is legitimate and that it isn’t stolen property.

All of our watches come with a 12-month movement warranty. Water damage, turn and push buttons, glass, watch strap and clasp are excluded from the warranty. Incorrect use and damage caused by the owner or third parties ; like opening the watch are also not covered by the warranty.

Shipment

We always make sure that your watch reaches you in perfect working order wherever you are. We do care about the watch as much as you do. Our packaging materials are curated carefully and we do take special care to protect fragile objects. We always make use of a trusted and insured delivery partner and usually ship our parcel the next business day after receiving your payment. The delivery time within Europe is generally one business day and for the rest of the world 2-3 business days. The cost of shipping is on us. Payments

We offer different payment methods for your convenience.

Paypal
You will be redirected to the Paypal website and asked to login to your Paypal account and confirm the payment. After the payment is completed you will be redirected to our website and immediately receive an email from Paypal confirming the payment. You will also receive an order confirmation by email from us. Afterwards, we will get in touch with you to arrange the shipping.

Credit Card
You will be redirected to your provider’s secured payment environment. After completing the payment you will be redirected to our website after which you will receive an order confirmation by email from us. Afterwards, we will get in touch with you to arrange the shipping.

Bank wire
Please get in touch with us if you would like to pay by bank wire. We will send you an invoice with a reference number to be used with the payment. Once we have received the payment on our bank account, we will get in touch with you to arrange the shipping. Please be aware that we only ship a watch after your bank wire has cleared.
