We are incredibly excited to share this find. It’s a true pleasure to offer you this Omega Bangle bracelet watch from the early 1960s, accompanied by its original box and papers, confirming its sale in Italy in 1962.

To date, we have never encountered another example with this distinctive “feathered” finishing. Together with its untouched set of original box and papers, it becomes something truly exceptional. Back in the days watchmakers moved differently. More expressive, more daring, more driven by craft than convention. They created without compromise, exploring form, texture, and imagination, making pieces not just to tell time, but to express character.

This example is dates back to 1960 and features a manual movement which is still running well. The 18K gold case is finished with a rare feather-like texture, crowned by a delicate loop of factory-set diamonds that seem to float above the surface. A subtle contrast between structure and softness, strength and elegance. It is, without exaggeration, an extraordinary piece and very likely unique. We have not seen another example to date.

We acquired the watch directly from its first owner, a lady from Italy, where it was originally purchased. What makes pieces like this so compelling is not only their rarity, but their journey. The fact that everything remains: the box, the papers, the booklets and preserved with remarkable care across decades. This is not a watch made for the masses. It was created to be rare.
